Silvina Felman Design is a full-service interior design studio specializing in high-end residential renovations and architectural transformations. With over 25 years of experience in design and project management, the studio works selectively on a limited number of projects at any given time, ensuring a deeply focused and highly detailed design process.
Founded by Silvina Felman, the studio is built on a foundation of architectural thinking and spatial clarity. With a background in architecture and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Argentina, Silvina approaches each project with a strong understanding of structure, proportion, and how a home is constructed as much as how it is experienced.
The studio is engaged primarily in renovations and reconfigurations—homes where architecture is not only refined, but reconsidered. Each project begins with the essential framework of the space: its layout, circulation, light, and structural potential. Design decisions are then developed in response to these conditions, ensuring that every outcome is both intentional and grounded in reality.
Because of the level of detail involved, each project requires a significant commitment of time, focus, and collaboration. For this reason, Silvina Felman Design accepts a limited number of commissions, working closely with clients who value a structured process, clear communication, and a design approach that integrates both aesthetic and technical rigor.
While deeply rooted in architectural precision, the work remains personal at its core. A home is ultimately defined by how it is lived in—how it supports daily rhythm, how it frames light and movement, and how it quietly holds the life within it.

I wanted a major redesign of my home, but I was stuck with how to get started. I interviewed a bunch of designers, but they weren't willing to spend enough time with me to make me comfortable moving forward with them. Then I met Silvina. She sold me on using her because she was the only designer who was willing to put together a tangible proposal before I signed with her, which made me comfortable enough to move forward. It was a big project, including installing all new flooring, completely new kitchen with a ton of custom cabinetry, new bathroom, popcorn wall removal, new banister/railings install, Upgraded lighting, relocating sinks/plumbing, etc. and I completely moved out of the house for 2 months and handed over the keys. Silvina helped me to develop a design and finishes, select GC's, and manage the construction timeline. She was diligent to keep the GC on schedule and also propose value engineering ideas when she saw opportunities. I felt like she really was focused on delivering quality while also being mindful of our pocketbook which I appreciated. She spent a lot of time with us selecting materials, etc. In the end, our large project was delivered on time, on budget, and is good quality. For the few small things that have come up since we moved back, she has still been responsive and a good partner to us with advice, making sure small repairs got done, etc. She has the connections with the trades and the materials providers to not just create a pretty design, but also make sure it gets implemented seamlessly. She and everyone she brought into my house were good honest hardworking people, capable in their trades. All in all, if you want a creative designer who is willing to spend time with you, I recommend Silvina.
